About the book

In Christian circles, masturbation is often labeled a "man's issue" if it is talked about at all. But many women struggle with masturbation and feel ashamed and alone. They do not know whom to talk to or where to turn for help, and there is often confusion about what the Bible says about this topic. This book is a compassionate and biblical resource to help women who are struggling and want to please God in this area, but don't know how. It explores both theological truths and the practical application of those truths in order to lead to repentance and change. It points to the hope and freedom that come from walking by the Spirit in community with others.

About the author

Molly Bertles is a wife and mom of five who lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has her Master's in Biblical Counseling (MABC) from Faith Bible Seminary. She is involved in counseling and discipleship at her church, Discipleship Network, where her husband is a pastor. She is passionate about helping women find freedom from sin and understanding how the gospel applies to their lives. When she is not counseling or corralling kids, she likes to read, listen to podcasts, thrift, and hang out with friends.
