About the author

John Lehman grew up enjoying sports. After playing basketball and soccer in college, he took up running and biking for exercise, which grew into a larger passion for equipping others in their fitness. As a former pastor (now serving as a missionary with a worldwide ministry) and track club board member, he leads meetings for discipleship and fitness, and is involved in regular community events. He and his wife, Suzie, are based in Greenville, South Carolina.
