About the authors

Kathie Reimer is an author, educator, encourager, and friend to many in the ministry community and beyond. Her love for children and studied spiritual depth combine to make her a leading authority on teaching children to love God from the earliest of ages. As a pastor’s wife for over 30 years, Kathie has had the opportunity to teach the Bible to women across the country and influence them in their walk with the Lord. Kathie has authored a series of three books on parenting: 1001 Ways to Introduce Your Child to God, 1001 Ways to Help Your Child Walk With God and 1001 Ways to Introduce Your Child to the Bible. She has three grown children and five grandchildren. She and her husband, Jim, reside in Charlotte, NC.

Lisa Whittle has a heart and passion for ministry and a desire to reach women and point them to Christ. Born into a pastor’s family, Lisa felt an early personal call to ministry, leading her to become the visionary implementer of various women’s events, including the Breath of Heaven Conferences for Women. A graduate of Liberty University, Lisa has done masters work in Marriage and Family Counseling and has had her writing featured in HomeLife Magazine. Co-founder of the organization Real Influence, Lisa and her husband Scott reside just outside of Charlotte, NC, with their three young children.
